This is me.
Background
Hello 👋
My name is Lilianna, and I’m a UX Designer based in San Francisco, California. I aim to collaborate with companies that drive positive change and ensure users have a similarly uplifting online experience. I use empathy and research to create user-centric designs, with expertise in user interviews, accessibility, adaptability, and developing multiple solutions for a single problem.
Before transitioning into UX Design, I honed my skills as an educator. My favorite role was teaching music—guitar, singing, and piano—to international children ages 5-14 in Vietnam. The experience kept me on my toes and taught me to create clear, easy-to-follow lesson plans, regardless of the students' language.
The skills I honed as a teacher, such as problem-solving on the fly and addressing the constant question of "WHY?", directly translate into my UX design work. Both roles require effective communication and accountability. I thrive on challenges and look forward to tackling yours soon! 😁
